Is Granola Lab kosher?

As of January 1, 2018, all Granola Lab products have been certified kosher Pareve by International Kosher Council

Is your granola gluten-free?

Although we use no wheat products in our granola, oats sometimes contain trace amounts of gluten due to cross-contamination. Our granola has not been tested for gluten content. It is up to you to determine whether a trace amount of gluten is an acceptable risk for your own health and comfort. 

What about nuts and other allergens?

All our granola varieties contain nuts, except for Tropical Utopium. Everything is made in the same kitchen, so please keep that in mind if you are ordering our Tropical Utopium granola. We never use dairy, soy, or peanuts. Please consult our product listings on our shop page for detailed ingredient lists.

Where can I find nutritional information?

Nutrition data for each product are included on our shop page. Click on the granola of interest and you'll see the information on the left-hand side.

Does your granola include any genetically modified ingredients?

No. Although we don't have non-GMO certification, we've researched our ingredients to confirm that none include GMOs.

How long does your granola stay fresh and how should I store it?

It should keep well for at least four months after it's produced. We mark each package with a "best by" date, though it may still be delicious beyond that! Granola should be stored under cool, dry conditions. Reseal your package tightly once opened, or transfer to an air-tight container. Air will cause granola to go stale; likewise, humidity makes granola become soft. You may freeze or refrigerate granola as long as it's in an air-tight container.

Can I get free shipping?

Shipping for orders of $65 and up are free.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 states and military APO/FPO addresses. Customers outside the US should email info@granolalab.com for a shipping quote.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders will be mailed in 1-3 business days. Depending on your location, it should take 1-3 additional days to arrive at your door.

Can I track my package?

Yes! We ship most orders via USPS Priority Mail and a few by Fedex or UPS. You'll receive an email with tracking information the day it ships out.

Are discounts available for large orders?

Yes! If you are an individual (not a retailer) looking to order 12 or more bags of granola, please email us at info@granolalab.com. Retailers should check our wholesale information page.

Can I order granola for my wedding/special event?

Absolutely. Granola makes a great gift for wedding guests, business clients, and the like. Custom packaging is also an option. Contact us at info@granolalab.com with your event details.
